1. In Windows 10, you can easily view basic system information such as Windows version, processor and memory configuration, computer name, domain or workgroup details, and Windows activation status. You can also use Windows 10 System Information app to view detailed system information such as hardware and driver details

Right-click on the Start Menu and click on System in the pop-up menu to open the System window

The System window will display basic information about the computer such as Windows version, processor type and speed, memory (RAM) installed on the computer, system type, computer name, domain or workgroup name and Windows activation status

Type "System Information" in the cortana search box and select "System Information" from the cortana  search results

This will open the System Information application, where you can view a detailed system summary, hardware resources, hardware devices on your computer, and driver details
